New Industrial Units
We are instructed to seek expressions of interest in respect of these three new proposed industrial units planned to be constructed at the rear of Oak Will Dunswell lane .
The units will each be 215sqm (2,313sqft) built to a high standard with a good eaves height , translucent roof panels , vehicle access doors , separate pedestrian access door and WC with refuge area above.
The premises will be available on new leases subject to flexible terms , they can at this stage be leased as as a whole 645sqm (6,942sqm) or two units 430sqft (4,628sqm).
