Land At Hornsea - Sale Agreed

We have agreed terms and contracts have been exchanged for the sale of 7.6 acres of land to Persimmon Homes subject to planning consent. A detailed planning application will be submitted very shortly.

The land has been allocated for some time and has recently been released for development by East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
